Introduction
Nordic respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines the procedures for submitting claims of copyright infringement and how we respond to such claims.
Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe that content on Nordic infringes your copyright, you should send a written notification to our designated agent at contact@nordic.shop. Your notice should include sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, the material that is claimed to be infringing, and your contact information. Ensure that your notice includes a statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, along with a statement that the information in the notification is accurate under penalty of perjury.
Response to Claims
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Nordic will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the user responsible for the content and provide an opportunity to respond with a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was mistakenly removed due to a DMCA claim, you may submit a counter-notification to contact@nordic.shop. The counter-notification must include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
