Response to Claims

We may also notify the user responsible for the content and provide an opportunity to respond with a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was mistakenly removed due to a DMCA claim, you may submit a counter-notification to contact@nordic.shop. The counter-notification must include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
